Returns Policy

Please let us know if you are unhappy with any of your purchases.

Stellies Wines will replace or exchange a bottle of wine if it has been spoiled (aka corked) due to transit.
Proof of spoilage or mishandling by courier may be requested before any refunds or exchanges are placed.
Please note that sediment can be found within some bottles of our red wine. If you are uncertain please let us know.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Adult Signature Required

We ship all wines via Adult Signature Required service, as is required by Federal Law. Please ensure that an adult over the age of 21 will be available to receive and sign for your package. We often encourage our customers to ship to a business address to help ensure successful delivery.

Some state shipping laws restrict our ability to ship wine. 
If you live in a state NOT mentioned below, sadly we will not be able to ship to you.

Safe Shipping

Stellies Wines is committed to protecting the integrity of every bottle that we sell. Wine can become damaged if exposed to extreme temperatures while in transit, so we work closely with each client to assure every bottle arrives at its destination in optimum condition.

Matching the appropriate delivery service with current weather conditions is the best way to assure that your wine will arrive in it's original condition.

Stellies also offers our customers the option to store purchases in our temperature controlled storage for up to 30 days while waiting for an extreme weather event to pass, or to build a case for economical shipping. If a customer prefers that we hold their orders for longer than 30 days after purchase, for when safe shipping is possible, Stellies will charge $10 per case, per month for providing this service.

Storage Policy

All of our wines are stored in a climate controlled facility run by Ideal55.
