75% Cabernet Sauvignon & 25% Shiraz
This beautiful red blend is packed with rich flavors of blackcurrant, black cherry and vanilla. Complexity, fullness, balance and richness come to mind when tasting this wine. The finish is round and long- lingering. Aging potential is between 5 to 8 years. It received a John Platter 4 Star Award in 2018. It has seen 18 months in 225 litre barrels of French Oak.
